Dr. Tad Johnson grew up in the Ogden area. He spent his elementary years on the Ogden bench, then later moved with his family to Hooper. After graduating from Roy High School, Dr. Johnson enrolled at Weber State University where he graduated with a Bachelor Degree. He completed his dental education at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska graduating at the top of his class and receiving the Academic and Clinical Excellence Award. Dr. Johnson earned his two-year orthodontic specialty training in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at Marquette University. While at Marquette University, Dr. Johnson served as Chief Resident and earned a Masters degree in Biology.
After completing his Orthodontics residency, Dr. Johnson worked for a local clinic for 10 years. Dr. Johnson has owned his private practice since 2001 and currently has offices in Roy and West Layton. Dr. Johnson is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association and Utah Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Johnson enjoys golfing, skiing , ATV riding, and spending time with his family.
